Churches of Christ Care (Care) is a leading not-for-profit organisation in Queensland, which is dedicated to providing care and support to families, the elderly and people in need.
Established in 1930 to provide food and clothing to those in need during the Great Depression, Care is now a major provider of residential and community care services. Care operates 133 services across Queensland, employing approximately 2,200 staff, supported by more than 320 volunteers. Care provides aged care, early childhood services, affordable housing and emergency welfare services, and child protection services.
