Brig-O-Doon Aged Care Services offers accommodation for 44 high care residents set among spacious, well maintained gardens in a central but peaceful part of Acacia Ridge. Brig-O-Doon has a homelike environment, which is particularly important when new residents are being welcomed into the Brig-O-Doon family.
Accommodation facilities
Brig-O-Doon Aged Care Services accommodates 44 residents in single rooms with ensuite facilities. All rooms have built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and an emergency call system located in both the bedroom and ensuite. Residents are encouraged to bring in small items to personalise their rooms. Our residents can enjoy the gardens, participate in activities in the large activity areas, or relax in the tastefully furnished communal areas. A separate dining and lounge room and large living area help to provide a warm homelike environment for all residents.
Personal care services
Registered nurses and personal care staff are available to render 24-hour assistance to residents with every aspect of their daily needs. We embrace the philosophy that residents should maintain as much independence as possible.
Visitors are also encouraged at Brig-O-Doon Aged Care Services, and the site boasts easy access visitor parking.
There are also nine Independent Living Units set in the attractive gardens and unit residents are encouraged to attend concerts, special dinners and other activities which take place on site.
