NuMylo Aged Care Services in Toowoomba is a state-of-the-art, resort-style ageing in place facility with many attractive features which directly focus on the needs of our residents. NuMylo is a 50-bed low care facility offering individual suites where residents are encouraged to continue their lifestyle whilst having access to 24-hour on-site care.
Accommodation facilities
There is a distinct separation between private and public areas in the facility. The 12 personal suites at NuMylo are individually air-conditioned and each apartment clearly defines the resident’s own private space, with kitchenette, bedroom, dining and living area and private ensuite. Each room looks out onto landscaped gardens and most have access to private outdoor patio areas. A secure dementia unit is also provided.
Personal care services
Our residents are encouraged to maintain independence with their everyday living tasks. However, if an assessment reveals extra assistance is needed, Care staff are able to help with personal hygiene, medication, dressing, dementia and emotional support, mobility, meal assistance, rehabilitation, communication and socialisation support.
