St George Community Early Childhood Centre is a not-for-profit, community based long day care centre for children.  Qualified, experienced and friendly staff provide quality child care in a safe and warm environment.  Children are given the opportunity to socialise with other children of a similar age group, as well as children of mixed ages, in a safe setting where they learn through play.

Hours of Care

The centre provides long day care Monday to Friday.  Depending on individual needs parents may choose from one to five days of care per week.  The centre is open throughout the year, except public holidays and a period over Christmas/New Year.

 

About our child care facilities

Indoor and outdoor environments are designed for the different ages and can be changed to suit individual and group needs.  We provide creative, stimulating and educational play experiences.  Children participate in a range of activities in a child focused and nurturing environment.

Our Centre

The centre is assessed and accredited through the national Childcare Accreditation Council and our program and facilities are continually assessed and improved to ensure the quality of care offered is of the highest standard.  Child Care Benefit is available for eligible families.
